What does "The lonely, hanging worm blows up real good" mean?

If you turn your iPod/iPhone all the way over quickly (glass side down), some the the maggots will remain in the screen. Eliminate all maggtos but one and it will expand to 10x normal and then splatter.

What is the difference between Maggots and Brain Rot?

Brain Rot is the free version of Maggots. It only has the Brains scene, you can't eat the maggots, there is no "lonely worm" feature, there is no help screen, and it has an advertisement for Maggots.
